Marshmallow Tart

This is very good and very sweet.

Ingredients

1 biscuit base
1 tin condensed milk
75 ml lemon juice
250 ml fresh cream whipped
410 g crushed pineapple
18 marshmallows chopped
18 glace cherries chopped

Method

Beat condensed milk and lemon juice together until thick.
Add whipped cream and stir in rest of ingredients.
Spoon mixture into biscuit base.
Refrigerate and serve cold.
